The short version

I'm Arka — an Indonesia-based founder who believes the best technology is invisible. It makes your business run smoother without you having to think about it.

I started ATLAS TECH in 2025 with a simple idea: businesses should be able to scale without proportionally scaling their human workforce. The key is building AI systems intelligent enough to handle the repetitive work — so people can focus on decisions, relationships, and things that actually need a human touch.

Today, ATLAS TECH runs entirely on AI. No human operations team, no 9-to-5 staff. Just systems that work.

What I'm building

ATLAS TECH is our flagship — a company that provides AI agent systems, autonomous trading bots, and business automation for Indonesian businesses. Every engagement starts with understanding the client's workflow, then designing AI systems that fit naturally into it.

AtlasTrade is the system I use to manage my own trading. It's an autonomous XAUUSD system running 24/7 on a VPS, built on MetaTrader 5 with custom AI decision-making. No emotional trading, no manual intervention.

How I work

I use AI agents as my primary operating layer. My setup includes multiple specialized agents — a CFO agent for financial analysis, a Head of Marketing, a Head of Sales, and so on — each handling their domain autonomously. I step in only for strategic decisions, budget approvals, and things that genuinely require human judgment.

This means everything that can be automated, is automated. From scheduling to content creation to trading decisions to customer communication.

What I believe

• Simplicity scales. The best systems are the ones that are easy to understand, maintain, and explain. Complexity is a liability.
• Autonomy beats assistance. An AI that needs constant supervision isn't automation — it's just a different kind of tool. Real autonomy means the system handles things end-to-end.
• Build in public. I share what I learn, open-source tools when it makes sense, and document my systems so others can learn from them.
• Zero human company is the goal. Not because humans are bad — but because when done right, AI systems can deliver more consistent, faster, and cheaper results while humans focus on higher-value work.

The "Zero Human Company" Philosophy

ATLAS TECH is designed around a specific belief: most business operations can be handled by AI systems if they're designed well. Not "AI-assisted" by humans — autonomously by AI.

This doesn't mean replacing humans entirely. It means designing systems where AI handles the operational layer — the data processing, the routine decisions, the monitoring — while humans stay in control of strategy, relationships, and judgment calls.

The result is a company that can operate 24/7, scale without proportional headcount growth, and maintain consistent quality because the "employees" (AI agents) don't get tired, distracted, or emotional.

Is it always the right approach? No. For some things, a human is irreplaceable. But for a lot of business operations — especially in data-driven, repeatable workflows — autonomy is faster, cheaper, and more consistent.
